Help us help you get more leads and sales — follow the how-to's below to grant SQRD Media access to your accounts.

Jump to a platform, or work through them in order. Each step is independent — tackle in any order that suits you.

Google Analytics

To give us admin access to your Google Analytics account, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to analytics.google.com and log in
  2. Click the Admin gear icon in the lower-left corner
  3. Under the "Account" column, select the account you'd like to grant access to
  4. Under the "Property" column, select the appropriate GA4 property
  5. Click "Property Access Management"
  6. In the top right, click the "+" button and select "Add users"
  7. Enter our email:
  8. Under "Permissions", check "Administrator" (this will include all other permissions)
  9. Click "Add" to confirm

Admin access allows us to manage users, edit settings, and view all property data.

Google Tag Manager

To allow us to manage your Google Tag Manager (GTM) container, please add us as a user with admin-level permissions:

  1. Go to tagmanager.google.com and log in
  2. Select the account and container you want to share access to
  3. In the top navigation, click "Admin"
  4. Under the "Container" column, click "User Management"
  5. Click the blue "+" in the top right, then select "Add users"
  6. Enter our email:
  7. Check the box for "Admin" access (this includes Publish, Approve, Edit, and Read)
  8. Click "Invite"

Admin access allows us to create, edit, and publish tags, triggers, and variables.

Google Search Console

Sign in to Google Search Console and open the property you want to share.

  1. In the left sidebar, open Settings
  2. Go to Users and permissions (only visible to a property owner)
  3. Click Add user
  4. Enter
  5. Choose the permission level: Full user — can view most data and take some actions
  6. Click Save. The new user should now appear in the list.
Facebook Ad Account

To give us access to your Facebook Ads account, you'll need to add us as partners:

  1. Log in to your Facebook Ads account
  2. Click the "Business Manager" button in the top right
  3. In Business Manager, click "Business Settings"
  4. In the left-hand menu, click "Partners"
  5. Click the "Add" button
  6. Enter our email:
  7. Select level of access: "Admin"
  8. Click "Add Partner"

Admin access lets us create, edit, and manage campaigns.

Facebook Page

To give us access to your Facebook Page, add us as editors or administrators:

  1. Log in to your Facebook account
  2. Go to the Facebook Page you want to share
  3. Click "Settings" at the top
  4. In the left-hand menu, click "Page Roles"
  5. In "Assign a New Page Role", enter
  6. Select access level: Editor, Moderator, Advertiser, Analyst, or Admin
  7. Click "Save"

Page access lets us create posts, view insights, and manage features at the level you grant.

Snapchat

These steps assume you have administrative access to the Snapchat business account:

  1. Go to ads.snapchat.com and sign in
  2. Navigate to Business Settings in the main menu
  3. In the "Members" section, click "Add New Member"
  4. Enter
  5. Select an appropriate role (Admin or Advertiser)
  6. Submit the invite
TikTok

Add a new member through your TikTok Ads Manager:

  1. Visit ads.tiktok.com and sign in
  2. Click "Settings" or "Asset Management"
  3. Select "Members"
  4. Click "Add Member"
  5. Enter and assign an appropriate role
  6. Submit the invite
YouTube

Grant channel access from YouTube Studio:

  1. Sign in at studio.youtube.com
  2. Click "Settings" in the left menu
  3. Select "Permissions"
  4. Click "Invite" and enter
  5. Choose a role: Manager or Editor
  6. Send the invitation
LinkedIn

To run LinkedIn ads on behalf of your company, we need access to your LinkedIn page:

  1. Log in to your LinkedIn account with super admin privileges on the company page
  2. Navigate to your company page
  3. Click "Admin tools" and select "Manage admins"
  4. Click "Content admin" → "Add admin"
  5. Search by name or enter
  6. Click "Save" to confirm
Pinterest

Grant SQRD access to your Pinterest business account:

  1. Go to Business → Business Manager (Business Access)
  2. In the left menu, click "Partners" → "Add Partner"
  3. Paste SQRD Business ID under "Invite a partner to access your assets" → Add partner
  4. Click your company name → Assign accounts
  5. Choose the permissions SQRD needs (Ads: Campaign/Analyst; Profile: Publisher)

Pinterest will email the invite flow to both sides for confirmation.

HubSpot

You must be a Super Admin or have Add & edit users permissions:

  1. In HubSpot, click the gear icon (Settings)
  2. Go to Users & Teams → Create user
  3. Enter → Next
  4. If your account uses seats: open "Assign a seat" and choose Partner Seat
  5. Under "Choose how to set access" → Start with a template → choose Partner admin
  6. Review permissions → Next → Create user / Send invite
Microsoft Ads (Bing)

Add SQRD as a user on your Microsoft Ads (Bing) account:

  1. Sign in → Settings → User management → Invite user
  2. Enter
  3. Choose role: Advertiser Campaign Manager (recommended)
  4. Click Send Invite

Let us know once you've sent the invite so we can begin setup.

Klaviyo

Grant SQRD access to your Klaviyo account:

  1. Click your account name in the bottom left corner
  2. Navigate to Settings → Users
  3. Click "Add New User"
  4. Enter
  5. Select preferred language: English
  6. Under Role, select Admin
  7. Click "Add User"

We'll receive an email invitation to finish setup.

Hotjar

Grant SQRD access to your Hotjar account:

  1. Click your Profile Icon (upper right) → Invite Members
  2. Click the Organization dropdown and select where members will be invited
  3. Enter and select an access level → Send Invites

Let us know once the invitation is sent so we can accept promptly.
