You can also control cookies through your browser settings, although disabling certain cookies may affect Site functionality. We honor these rights in accordance with applicable law.

11.4 How to Exercise Your Rights

You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf; we may require verification of the agent’s authority.

You will not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights.

12. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no industry consensus on how to interpret these signals, our Site does not currently respond to them. We do, however, honor Global Privacy Control signals where applicable law requires us to do so.

13. Marketing Communications

We send our newsletter, promotional emails, event invitations, and similar marketing communications to subscribers who have opted in and, where permitted by law, to business contacts with whom we have an existing relationship.

Every marketing email we send includes a clear unsubscribe link. You can also opt out at any time by replying to any marketing email with “unsubscribe,” by adjusting your preferences in our preference center, or by contacting us at hello@sqrdmedia.com. We honor unsubscribe requests promptly and, in any event, within ten (10) business days as required by the CAN-SPAM Act. Even if you opt out of marketing communications, we may still send you transactional or service-related messages (for example, responses to your inquiries, project updates, or invoices).

If you are located in the EEA, UK, or another jurisdiction that requires prior consent for marketing communications, we will only send you marketing emails if you have opted in, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.

14. Children’s Privacy

The Site and Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at hello@sqrdmedia.com so we can delete it.
